Q: What's the difference between stainless steel and aluminium frames?

A: Coastal and high-humidity environments benefit from stainless steel's corrosion resistance. Aluminium is cheaper and lighter for indoor or covered use. The greatest solution for your area and budget is our recommendation.

Q: Can I alter the size and shape?

A: Yes. We provide comprehensive OEM/ODM. Share your design files or brand requirements, and our staff will develop technical drawings for your approval before manufacturing.

Q: Can I dim the LEDs? How bright are they?

A: Our LED modules are bright and consistent. Standard versions are full brightness, however dimming controls can be added for a fee. Just tell us during design.

Q: What if the sign arrives damaged?

A: EPE foam-reinforced plywood containers defend against shock. Transport damage is unusual, however please provide images quickly. We'll replace under our 3-year warranty.

Q: Do you ship abroad?
